BIM or Building Information Modelling is very much a modern day buzzword in the Engineering and Architectural sector.
By 2016 all centrally procured government projects are to be done to BIM standard Level II, although early indicators are saying this target will not be achieved as firms are slow to take it up and get a grasp of its benefits including building planning, quantity surveying, facilities management and many more.
There are many different software packages used for BIM but at CAD Network we like to stick to the Industry standard of Autodesk Revit and we have at our disposal some Technicians who have already worked on some large CAD projects (eg Virgin ActiveHealth, Raffles, Singapore).
